What does "private AI" actually mean?
The AI model runs on a computer you own (or one we host just for you) instead of a public AI service. Your questions, documents and answers stay on that machine. Nothing is sent to OpenAI, Google or anyone else unless you explicitly choose that.
Do I need to buy special hardware?
Usually a single capable server or workstation with a modern GPU is enough for a small or mid-sized business. We size it to your workload and budget, and can also host it for you on our own private GPU infrastructure.
Is cloud AI bad?
No. Cloud AI is excellent for many tasks, and we integrate it when it fits. For sensitive data (patient, client, financial or legal records) we recommend private first.
How much does it cost?
Typical ranges are on our Services page, but they are estimates only. Your actual estimate is based on the work involved, and you approve it before any commitment. The discovery call is free and has no time limit.
Are there upfront costs?
No upfront costs. We start with a free discovery call, usually show a live demo, and only begin work after you approve a written estimate.
Can you connect ChatGPT, Claude or Grok to my business systems?
Yes. We integrate cloud AI from OpenAI (ChatGPT), Anthropic (Claude), xAI (Grok), Google (Gemini) and Microsoft (Copilot) with your email, CRM, documents, website, phone and scheduling, using business accounts and guardrails. Cloud usage fees are billed to you directly by the provider. For sensitive data, we recommend private AI or a hybrid setup.
Private, cloud or hybrid: which is right for me?
Private AI keeps everything on hardware you control and suits patient, client, financial and legal data. Cloud AI is quick to start and great for everyday, low-sensitivity work, with usage fees paid to the provider. Hybrid uses both: sensitive work stays private and everyday tasks go to the cloud. We'll recommend the right mix on the free discovery call.
How long does a project take?
Small assistants and automations often take a few weeks; larger custom software takes longer. We'll give you a realistic timeline in your estimate rather than guess here.
Will AI replace my staff?
Our goal is to take repetitive work off your team's plate so they can focus on customers and higher-value work. Most of our clients use AI to help existing staff do more, not to replace them.
Do you support what you build?
Yes. Every project includes launch support and training, and we offer managed support plans for monitoring, updates and improvements.
Where are you located?
We're based in Plano, Texas, and serve the Dallas–Fort Worth area and North DFW. Much of the work can be done remotely, and we're happy to meet on-site.
