Information we collect

• Information you give us: name, email, phone, company and message when you use our contact form, careers form, booking form, or chat assistant.
• Chat conversations: messages you exchange with our AI assistant (Ace) and with team members through the chat.
• Technical data: a one-way (hashed) form of your IP address used for rate limiting and abuse prevention, browser type, and basic server logs.

Our AI chat assistant

Ace is an automated AI assistant, not a person. It runs on our own private infrastructure; your chat is not sent to third-party AI providers. AI can make mistakes. Please don't share sensitive personal, medical or financial information in the chat. Prices it mentions are estimate ranges, not quotes or offers.

Conversation logging and retention: we log chat conversations so our team can review quality, follow up on requests, and prevent abuse. Chat transcripts and related technical data are kept for up to 180 days and then deleted automatically, unless they are part of a lead or booking you asked us to act on, which we keep as business records.

How we use information

• To respond to you, schedule and hold discovery calls, and provide our services.
• To send you booking confirmations, calendar invites and related messages.
• To improve our website and assistant, and to protect against spam and abuse.

We do not sell your personal information. We do not use your information to train AI models for other customers.

Sharing

We share information only with service providers that help us operate (for example, email and calendar services used to send confirmations and invites), when required by law, or with your consent.

Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical and physical safeguards. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

Your choices

You may ask us to access, correct or delete your information by contacting us. You can cancel a booking at any time using the link in your confirmation email.

Children

Our services are intended for businesses and are not directed to children under 13.
